By completing the program successfully, you’ll read at least 750 pages, find yourself in a dietary routine, remain well-hydrated and be able to see any physical results through a catalog of daily progress photos. Meaning youll be well set on acheving that Paul Bateman Mindset.
Now understanding the 75 challenge, Andy Frisella the creator of the 75 hard challenge states in his website that the 75 hard is not just a fitness program but more mental transformative program. We all have this hidden potential but unlocking it demands consistency.
the challenge consists of 5 daily tasks
The critical tasks are as follows:
+Follow any nutrition plan designed for your goals, with zero alcohol and no cheat meals.
+Complete two 45-minute workouts every day, one of which must be outside.(need that vitamin D right!!)
+Drink a gallon of water every day.
+Read 10 pages of an educational or self-improvement book every day.
+Take a progress picture every day.
Now this may seem overwhelming but hey it takes some self discipline to reach where you dream every night to be at. the goal is to sticking. With the 5 laws of 75 where failure is acceptable and once failed can be restarted , gives space for adding those small habits. Now this may seem similar to atomic habits where we keep adding small habits to our everyday lifestyle , similarly the 75 hard challenge pushes us to making time for ourselves and giving us that extra push.
a lil playaround here , add some more to the top 5 !! things like cold shower, meditation etc. anything that you personally would love to see yourself develop. This can be used as the safety net , so if you fail at these atleast youre still winning with the fundamental 75.
